Signed Contracts must be returned to Coverdale Managementberatungs- und -trainingsgmbH prior to commencement of work.

We will charge additionally to the agreed rates travel costs and hotel expenses. For special activities transfer costs, costs of debt (e.g. lending fees for materials, etc.) we will charge the customer invoice-based. Travel costs will be charged with € 0,42/km.

When Coverdale delivers work within a project without a specific offer per intervention, the delivered work will be charged after delivery and is immediately due without allowance.

Please respect our copyright. The Coverdale programs and the Coverdale Material can only be used within Coverdale Austria. The right to reproduction of our material needs written confirmation of Coverdale Managementtrainings- und beratungs GmbH.

If you have to cancel a confirmed intervention (Seminar or project) you can do this free of charge until 90 days before the intervention starts.

A cancellation of a booked intervention will be charged:

• Between 60 and 90 days before the intervention starts: 30 % of the contract value
• Between 30 and 60 days before the intervention starts: 50 % of the contract value
• Below  30 days before the intervention starts: 100 % of the contract value

Our offers are valid for three month.
