Training Description
In this training, we look at agile collaboration situations from a leadership perspective and identify all requirements for the individual leadership roles that are needed in agile collaboration settings.
Leadership tasks for agile teams are among others:
- From whom does the team get the assignment and with whom can they be negotiated?
- Who creates the framework conditions that allow the team to work undisturbed?
- Who clarifies conflicts?
- How does the topic of personnel development and performance management happen?
- How are decisions made?
- Who takes care of the process and the continuous optimisation of the process?
Agile leadership roles – with the exception of the line management role in hybrid settings – are roles that require above all strong process competence and a solution-focused approach. As part of the training we use practical simulations.
