AGILITY IN THE NUTSHELL – AGILE ORGANISATIONS
€250.00 excl. VAT
In an agile organization, agile working methods are used. These are characterized, for example, by explorative approaches in short cycles, a culture of constant learning, high customer involvement and a strong orientation towards self-organization.
An agile organization is not simply created by running projects according to Scrum or within scaled agile frameworks. Rather, the management, processes and structures must also have an "agile mindset" outside an agile project organization.
In this workshop, we will look at some types of agile organizational frameworks and their effects on existing and established organizational processes.
- What does agility mean?
- What is the purpose of the organizational and operational structure?
- What is an agile organizational form?
- What effects does this have on established processes and structures?
- Which form of organisation is good for what?
