The blended learning training “Leading difficult conversations” offers you the opportunity to complete a training on the topic as an individual or in small groups, which fully replaces a three-day open classroom training. This training enables you to prepare professionally for difficult conversational situations, to conduct the conversations in such a way that in the end both sides can live with the result.
