DESCRIPTION

The Blended Learning Training Conflict consists of 3 chapters consisting of theory elements and practice elements. Once your license is activated, you will see the complete course.

Wherever a task needs to be completed, you are expected to submit your task. We will contact you promptly to discuss the online session with the coach.

This training includes 4 hours of individual coaching (at several points of the program). In these coaching sessions you receive feedback on your task and can discuss open questions with the coach.

If you would like to use our coach as a sparring partner for the conflict role-playing games, this is possible.

The time will then be charged additionally at a price of Euro 250,- /hour.

Basics:
Basics of communication are taught here. In addition to defining what a conflict is, you will learn interesting facts about your own conflict behaviour, different reaction patterns, conflict signals and causes. In addition, we deepen the topic of question technique.

Conflict analysis:
You will get to know the most important tools for conflict analysis that you can use yourself as a participant in conflict resolution. You will analyse case studies and train the analysis of conflicts with the help of live interviews, thus gradually gaining the necessary experience to correctly diagnose and prepare your own potential conflict discussions.

Conflict management:
You practice on concrete case studies. With the support of your online coach, you will develop a process for a conflict resolution discussion that is feasible for you and can be transferred to real situations at any time. In self-study, you will develop the most important tools and aids in order to be able to agree on sustainable solutions following the clarification discussion. Two role plays with partners of your choice offer the opportunity to practice what you have learned and thus provide a good basis for a successful transfer to practice.
