In order to act successfully in difficult conversation situations in private - especially when "unpleasant" topics are on the table, a helpful attitude is required and you need the competence to use different conversation techniques in a meaningful way.

In this training, you will reflect on your own conversational style and receive feedback on your performance. You will learn to set concrete goals for your conversations and to plan them by using a guideline. In addition, you will reflect on your handling of conversation techniques such as active listening and question techniques.

Training contents:

  • Basics of communication
  • Theory and practical exercises on empathy, appreciation, focusing, question technique
  • Feedback on your own conversational behaviour in feedback, criticism and conflict situations
  • Rules and roles in different situations and types of conversation.
