SHAPING COLLABORATION SYSTEMATICALLY
Coverdale specializes in leadership and collaboration. For more than 60 years, we’ve been supporting people and organizations in becoming truly effective together — in projects, teams, and entire organizations.
Our systematic approach combines clear structure with real-world experience — practical, results-oriented, and focused on sustainable development. We believe that effective collaboration doesn’t happen by chance. It happens when people understand how to think, act, and learn together.
That’s exactly where the Coverdale approach begins: it makes complex processes transparent, decisions traceable, and communication clear and accountable — leading to measurable progress, shared ownership, and effective leadership.
We enable people to succeed – together

Team Development

Competence Management
We design tailored development programs for leaders and employees based on KODE® competence profiles.
Training
Our trainings combine decades of hands-on experience with Coverdale’s systematic approach. For us, learning isn’t about absorbing content — it’s about actively building capability. Each training follows an experiential learning cycle: try – reflect – understand – apply.
This structure creates sustainable learning experiences that translate directly into everyday leadership practice.
Whether the focus is leadership, communication, collaboration, or project management, our trainings help participants strengthen the skills they need to perform effectively in complex situations.

SYSTEMIC COACHING
Systemic coaching is about developing new perspectives, strategies, and guiding principles — and integrating them into everyday action. Coaches act as personal sparring partners who help clients find their own solutions.
It is a resource- and solution-focused approach that can be used by individuals or teams alike.
Our Quality Standard
All Coverdale consultants who work as coaches are trained in systemic coaching and have many years of experience in business contexts.
DIGITAL TOOLS
Digital tools enhance learning and development processes, make progress visible, and enable precise evaluation.
We use selected, proven tools that complement our work with leaders and teams — always with a focus on practical transfer, effectiveness, and individual growth.
KODE® METHOD
KODE® stands for Competence Diagnostics and Development. It’s the only assessment method worldwide that measures individual action capabilities directly.
Developed by Prof. Dr. Volker Heyse and Prof. Dr. John Erpenbeck in the 1990s, KODE® focuses entirely on identifying and strengthening self-organization and action-based competencies that can be developed and expanded over time.
Using a KODE® bridge (current vs. desired profile comparison), leaders gain a clear picture of how they currently use their competencies.
The gaps between current and target profiles are explored in coaching sessions to identify learning needs and define development goals.
LIME SURVEY – OUR 360° FEEDBACK TOOL
In the age of Leadership 4.0, aligning self-perception and external feedback has become more important than ever. The success of a 360° process depends heavily on how the questions are selected and formulated.
That’s why we developed a flexible, IT-supported solution in close collaboration with our clients.
Our focus is on guiding and facilitating the entire process — from design to evaluation.
Together, we create a format that fits your organization perfectly — whether you need a short pulse survey or a comprehensive cultural assessment.
PERMA-Lead
PERMA-Lead combines insights from positive psychology with effective leadership practice.
The model is based on five dimensions: Positive Emotions, Engagement, Relationships, Meaning, and Accomplishment.
The PERMA-Lead Profiler makes leadership experience and team climate measurable.
It highlights how strongly positive leadership principles are already lived in your organization — and where targeted actions can further strengthen motivation, trust, and performance.
