Ralph – The APP
Ralph is our digital, mobile and interactive learning platform on leadership and collaboration and offers a variety of e-learning packages for self-study.
Ralph is the perfect complement to other HR development measures such as training, workshops or coaching, but it can also be used independently.
Users can either deal with a topic in detail in a structured way within the framework of a course, or quickly find answers to a specific topic.
Coverdale E-Academy
Coverdale Austria has its own Coverdale E-Academy. Our courses are available in German or English.
BLENDED LEARNING
This course format is very close to “live training”.
The course consists of self-learning elements, theory, reflection questions, exercises, and four coaching units.
E-LEARNING
This course format is designed to get a first contact with the chosen topic.
Theory inputs, small exercises and quizzes form the basis of this format.
