At the same time, the context is changing. Topics like transformation, organizational development, and leadership development aren’t going away – they’re becoming more essential than ever.
One key question we’re exploring: How will artificial intelligence shape the way teams work and learn? We’re looking closely at how AI tools can support leaders, simplify processes, and strengthen capabilities – without losing sight of the human factor.
We’re also expanding our digital portfolio. Our own e-Academy is getting a fresh new look and will launch on October 1, 2025 – offering more practical e-learning modules, blended learning formats, and digital tools that make transfer and reflection easier.
What will never change are the principles that define our work: clarity, accountability, a passion for learning, and the belief that true development happens when people take ownership.
