In 1989, a small and ambitious team in Austria gathered around, probably surrounded by piles of paper, a few flipcharts, and the firm belief:
“We’re going to bring the Coverdale Method here, and we’ll show everyone how competence development really works.”

Today – 35 years, thousands of workshop cards, countless meters of flipcharts, and quite a few digital learning platforms later – we can confidently say: The plan worked.

We’ve established ourselves in the field of leadership and collaboration, with an approach that combines structure and clarity with a healthy dose of empathy.

Whether it’s classic training programs, international change initiatives, or online learning, our goal has always stayed the same: to help leaders and teams work together effectively.

And yes, we’re a little proud of it: While Ralph Coverdale was seen as an innovator in the 1960s, we in Austria have played our part in shaping the world of digital learning.

One thing that makes us especially happy: Our very first client – RTR GmbH – has stayed with us for 35 years. That proves that good collaboration has a lasting impact.

Today, we work with clients across industries: manufacturing, retail, public administration, services, and IT. Locally and internationally – wherever you are, effective collaboration is always an advantage.

Thank you to everyone who has been part of this journey – whether you’ve been with us for 35 years or just joined recently. Here’s to the next decades full of learning curves, courage, and humor!
