Ralph Coverdale founded The Coverdale Organisation in 1965. Over time, it has grown into a network of eight equal country organizations under the umbrella of Coverdale Ltd.

His vision was to help leaders build teams that take shared ownership, consistently pursue their goals, and deliver tangible results.

To make this possible, he developed an approach that still forms the foundation of our work today – the Coverdale Method.

With this method, teams learn to define clear objectives and achieve them through a structured process.

It is much more than just a tool. It is a mindset that, once established in an organization, makes a real difference.

Ralph expressed it in his own words:

“To make your way in life you need 3 things:
a deep sense of inner purpose and the will to renew it.
A clear vision of where you want to get to and the energy to pursue it.
And courage. Courage to take steps which others might fear to take.”

This belief has shaped our work for 60 years.

Our mission:
We enable people to succeed – together.

👉 What experiences have you had with the Coverdale Approach? We’d love to hear your thoughts.
